Any truffle lovers out there?
As much as I love the sweet kind, this time I’m talkin the savory kind. The fungi.

I feel like it’s one of those things that you either like or don’t like. And in my case, I quite like it. Truffle fries are my faavorite. Yum!

And now I can make truffle-y things at home thanks to this little guy.

I found that little tub of black truffle butter at whole foods {for a very decent price of $1.99} and it’s come in handy in creating truffle-y treats, like truffle pasta.

All I do is melt some truffle butter in a pan and then toss it with some cooked pasta.
Quick, simple, and yum.

I like to use this pasta, which just so happens to be my fave from trader joes. It has a nice chew to it.

And as for truffle fries, I just take a bag of frozen fries or tater tots {bonus points if they’re sweet potato} and coat with truffle butter before baking them off as instructed by the bag.

So for all you truffle loves out there, get on it!

PS – it also goes very well drizzled over popcorn.
