Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!
Mine began with wine & cheese
{mahón a la whole foods top 10 wine + cheese parings & goat brie}
and ended with a passionfruit + toasted coconut snow cone.
In between there was sun, pool time, eats, & some tie dying thrown in.
Apparently I felt the need to be a pre-teen and decided to get a tie dye kit from Walmart.
It was a lot easier than I thought. The hardest part was choosing the colors.
After drying overnight, I’d say they turned out pretty well for a first time tie-dyer.
In between the tie dying and pool time I snacked on Whole Food’s greek yogurt (my new fave!) with granola mixed in.
That pretty much wraps up my weekend.
Anyways, just wanted to pop in to say hi, and if anyones looking for any at-home cardio (since it’s SO incredibly hot outside these days…) here are two I did this weekend that really work your entire body. And it requires no equipment so they can virtually be done anywhere.
1) bodyrock’s 1000 rep workout
{ http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/11/28/it-will-rain-sweat-1000-rep-workout/}
2) zuzka light’s zwow #18
{http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZFosMniHRE&list=UUrd4Hfglr4EczsLXKdGvCLA&index=9&feature=plcp}
Guaranteed to break a {ton of} sweat.
I only did 8 out of the 10 total rounds of the body rock 1000 rep workout because I was exhausted. But next time I’ll get in the 10 rounds!
These workouts are also great in the mornings before you start your day. Gets your body ready for the day!
So maybe try one tomorrow?
Make it a great week!

Tie dye shirts are so much fun, I’ve never made them myself but yours look awesome! This might be a good craft idea for my older nannying girls in the summertime!
Thank you Kristy! I definitely recommend making the shirts…lots of fun!
Okay first of all those cardio workouts look intense!!
Your passionfruit + toasted coconut snow cone looks delicious, why have I never had one before?
